  Now 4 months later I feel great. I had never been a regular at a gym, but the staff is amazingly friendly and the gym is cleaner than any of its pricey competitors. The classes are adjusted to all fitness levels and the routines are changed on a daily basis, so you'll never get bored or complaisant with the classes. I felt welcomed there since I was not mocked or made feel guilty for being not being fit and was complimented every time I made some improvement.
  So far I only have compliments for this facility and its incredible staff.
